These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the Procura platform (hereinafter "the Service") by any legal entity or individual (hereinafter "the User").
Access to the Service requires creating an account and subscribing to a plan. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.
The User agrees to use the Service for its intended purpose, not to attempt to compromise its security, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
Procura targets 99.5% Service uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Occasional interruptions may occur for technical reasons. Procura shall not be held liable for temporary unavailability.
Business data entered into the platform by the User remains fully owned by the User. Procura claims no rights to this data and commits to returning it upon contract termination.
The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting contact@procurahq.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the law of Procura's country of establishment. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
